What data is collected by Farmaindustria and what is the purpose for processing your personal data?

The personal data consists of information that allows for the identification of individual persons, such as first name and surname(s), email address or telephone number.

In particular, Farmaindustria collects your data for the purpose of registration and management for a Workshop / Conference / Event.

Also, if you have marked the corresponding box for these purposes:

• (i)    Farmaindustria may collect the Participant’s voice and image. The Participant therefore authorises Farmaindustria to record their image as an accessory, as well as their participation throughout the event, and to reproduce and disseminate the media, in whole or in part, through Farmaindustria’s media channels (mainly through the publication of the recording on their own website). Therefore, the Participant authorises Farmaindustria to carry out the necessary reproduction, distribution, transformation and public communication to make the aforementioned broadcast. The transfer of rights included in this authorisation is indefinite, universal and free.
• (ii)   Farmaindustria may send you relevant information about other Workshops / Conferences / Events, as well as newsletters and invitations to courses or training seminars and other events organized by Farmaindustria through any form of media, including electronically.

For how long will we keep your data?

In addition, we inform you that your data is, in principle, collected for an indefinite period and once no longer used for the purposes stated above, the data will be permanently deleted. However, the Participant has the right to revoke their consent at any time and ask us to delete their personal data from the files.

What is the legitimacy for the treatment of your data?

The legal basis for the processing of your data is the consent obtained from the Participant to use them for the purposes mentioned above.

To whom will your data be communicated?

Your personal data will not be transferred to third parties, except by legal obligation.

At all times Farmaindustria treats the personal data collected through this form in a confidential manner and does not communicate or hand over such information to third parties.

What are your rights when you provide us with your data?

We inform you that you can exercise your access rights, rectification, deletion, opposition and processing limitation in relation to the personal data collected and any other rights that apply to Farmaindustria by sending your request to derechosdatos@farmaindustria.es using as reference: "Data Protection".

How have we obtained your data?

Your personal data will only be obtained if you, as a Participant, voluntarily allow it. It will not be collected by other means such as legitimate transfers or sources of public access.

What safety measures have Farmaindustria adopted to guarantee the integrity of your data?

We inform you that Farmaindustria has adopted in its facilities, systems and files the legally required security measures collected by the European Data Protection Regulation and the Law of Protection of Personal Data Development Regulation. Likewise, the person responsible for the file guarantees the confidentiality of personal data, although it will disclose to the competent public authorities the personal data and any other information that is in their possession or accessible through their systems and is required in accordance with the legal provisions and applicable regulations.
